All fees are communicated before payment. Payments must be made in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, wire transfers, and secure online payments.
Refunds may be approved under specific conditions:
Services have not yet been initiated;
Cancellation occurs within three (3) business days of payment;
FinwayPrime is unable to fulfill the agreed service due to internal causes.
Refunds will not be granted once service delivery, consultation, or automation setup has begun.
All refund requests must be sent to info@FinwayPrime.com within 10 business days of purchase.
If you purchase a recurring plan, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. You may cancel any time via your account dashboard.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all data provided — including financial statements, credentials, and records — is accurate. FinwayPrime is not liable for losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
FinwayPrime upholds strict data privacy and confidentiality standards. All information provided by clients is securely stored and used solely for service provision in compliance with Canadian privacy laws.
FinwayPrime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss resulting from the use of our services or website.
FinwayPrime does not guarantee specific financial results or legal outcomes. Our advice and tools are provided for guidance purposes and do not substitute for independent financial or legal consultation.
Our platform may integrate with third-party software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.). FinwayPrime is not responsible for the performance, security, or data practices of these external providers.

FinwayPrime is not responsible for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, or internet disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Prince George, BC.
